We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7
days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same
condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags,
and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or
proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at OUR OWN
EMAIL.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping
label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your
package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an
exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us
immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive
the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it
right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable
goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products
(such as special orders or personalized items),any glass
products of any kind and personal care goods (such as
beauty products). We also do not accept returns for
hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift
cards.

In-Store exchanges
We accept exchanges for in-store purchases within 24 hours of purchase. Disposable vapes of any type are not included, You will be provided with store credit. The customer must return to the location of purchase within twenty-four
hours with the receipt for their item. Once it is confirmed the product is unusable due to a manufacturer error, Smoke and Toke may process an exchange for the item(s). We do not offer refunds for purchases under any circumstances.
Manufacture Warranty
In some cases, a customer may have a warranty available through the product manufacturer. Buyer may reach out to the device manufacturer and request a warranty. The manufacturer may either instruct Buyer to return the product
to the manufacturer for an exchange or send Buyer an email prompting them to present the email proof with their defective product back to our store for an in-store exchange.
