Return to Sender:
If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a new shipping plus handling fee will be charged to the customer up to $20 handling fee. Further more If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, Smoke and Toke reserves the right to add a $5 to $20 restocking fee to the customer and no refunds will be given. Smoke and toke reserves the right to not ship any orders after the original package has been returned to us or has been tampered with and once processed, we are not
obligated to re-send them at our expense.
Shipping Insurance:
Smoke and Toke is not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions imputed by the user. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions provided by the user can cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order.
Smoke and toke strives to address and resolve matters related to lost or undelivered packages; however, any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer with the third-party carrier in use. It is important to report any erroneous shipping issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
Additionally, if packages are marked as Delivered by third- party shipping carriers, Smoke and toke will not be responsible, and any issues with such shipments should be resolved by the customer directly with the third-party shipping
company.
